Every Day we will begin by Learning the Authentic Himalayan Techniques of Meditation.

How it works?

Step 1 : Calm Focus 

We begin by using a Stage-based Structured Approach to develop a calm, focused attention on the breath, free from distractions.

Step 2 : Wide Awareness

As the Brain starts becoming free of distractions, Insight Meditations are introduced where we can start becoming aware of everything including the breath that is part of our conscious experience in the moment.

Step 3 : Meta-Awareness

Once there is a recognition of this wide awareness, we then start working on experiencing Awareness not only in meditation but also in daily life.

Epitome of Mental Fitness

Over time, participants start identifying with this Expansive, all-pervading Awareness, recognising that things like anxiety, stress, pain, joy and even the sense-of-self are just small objects within this vast field. At this stage, the participants report a deep calm, equanimity, and intense energy. They feel deeply connected with everything, yet nothing feels overwhelming.

What if I miss a session? Will the sessions be recorded?

YES - We understand that attending all the LIVE sessions might not be possible for all. So All the sessions will be recorded and these will be available for replay to all the participants for 2 days. So the participants can go through the session at any time of the Day in case the session was missed, or in case they want to revisit a part of the session again.

How does the Challenge Work?

An Online Meditation Challenge is a guided program conducted over the internet, where participants join for 45 minutes daily to learn the arts of Meditation and Awareness. It aims to build a Daily Meditation Practice and gradually understand the essence of Meditation. It can, in time, help you access an expansive state of awareness, motivating regular practice. The challenge is guided by experienced meditation instructors. Participants join live sessions via Zoom. The sessions include learning about the techniques, a guided meditation session, and interaction with the instructors for QnA.

What Language do the Instructors Use to facilitate the Challenge?

You can refer to the details of the particular challenge to check what language will be used for those particular 15 Days.

Can I interact with the instructor?

Yes, the sessions are conductive live and online. At the end of each session there will be a QnA slot in which participants are free to share their experiences or ask any queries that they might have.

What types of meditation techniques are taught?

Bliss incorporates authentic, ancient meditation practices grounded in rationality and science. Our techniques include guided, unguided, and insight meditations, all aimed at expanding awareness. We follow a structured path to help you understand meditation logically, with clear markers to guide your progress. Bliss challenge initially uses Breath as the meditation object, gradually introducing simple awareness as the core practice. Participants will also encourages, across the 15 days, to apply the learnings in their day-to-day life.

 Do I need prior meditation experience to join?

No prior experience is necessary. The challenge is designed for both beginners and experienced meditators who want to explore Awareness practices. Guidance and support are provided throughout the challenge. Beginners need only a willingness to participate.

I am an advanced practitioner. Will this Challenge help me?

Yes, many advanced practitioners, including those with experience in Vipassana, Zen meditation, Art of Living, Isha, various Buddhist traditions, and non-duality have found value in the Bliss way. They gain a new perspective on the essence behind different practices.

What equipment do I need?

You need a reliable internet connection, a computer or mobile device with a camera and microphone and a quiet, comfortable space for meditation. A meditation cushion or chair is also helpful.

How do I prepare for the Challenge?

Prepare a quiet, comfortable meditation space, inform family or housemates to minimise interruptions during the 45 minutes.

What if I am not comfortable with paying for the challenge?

It is in our core principals that we do our best to make sure that the ability/comfort to pay does not affect your path to Bliss. In case you are motivated to attend, please don't hesitate to write to us at ashwin@unveilbliss.com and we will try our best to accommodate you.
